We work with and develop leaders, individually and in groups, who are committed to developing themselves and deepening their contribution, capacity, and impact. People who learn to navigate and expand at their growth edges find themselves, their organizations, their communities, and families becoming more agile, resilient, effective, compassionate, and wise. Those who learn to develop the habits of curiosity, the asking of different questions, the inhabiting of multiple perspectives and the awareness of system patterns become authors of more powerful and inclusive unfolding futures.
We create safe environments where leaders can come to know better how they make sense of the world, how they might limit themselves and others, and how they might create expanded possibilities for themselves and for their organizations. Together, we explore their worlds, test boundaries, ask new questions, explore multiple perspectives and experience how these new practices, perspectives and mindsets can create more powerful, compassionate, and effective collaboration, conversations, promises and futures. Our work is grounded in adult development theory, embodied and generative leadership, and organizational and system change.
While the work can be intense, messy, and challenging, it is always grounded in the practical, with compassion and lightness.

What if you could have more powerful, compassionate, and effective conversations?
What if you had intentional practices when you got triggered? Would it make a difference to you?
Feeling overwhelmed or "over your head"? Coaching is for times when something isn't working or when you sense you are at the edge of something new, yet you can't quite access it.
We offer creative and innovative online or in person workshops. These workshops are co-delivered with partner associations to best fit the needs of your group and learning goals.
Assessments, if used well, can enhance what we see, set our inquiry more quickly in context, uncover potential root causes for behavior, and to help us illuminate different ways forward.
Each year we offer one coaching/consulting project at a discounted rate to a non-profit in the areas of education, public health or global health. If your organization would like to explore this offer, please reach out to me for a conversation. If you are interested in joining me in this offer of giving back, I would like to hear from you too!
